For us, this location was great for out of season. It would be too noisy for us in the summer, but others might love being in the center of all the action. As for the unit itself - the floors were dirty and countertops were sticky. The kitchen was lacking a number of basics. There were no plastic containers for leftovers, no hot pads, and no kitchen towels. There were plenty of bath towels and washcloths, so I used those in the kitchen. The bedding was poor quality - scratchy sheets and very thin, flimsy coverlets. There were no extra blankets or comforters. I had to grab coverlets from the unused beds and add them to the bed we were sleeping in. We would not stay here again. For the money, we expected more than a beautiful view. ##### KAthleen L. We had everything we needed while staying there. The linens and towels were provided. Everything is within walking distance. This is a top end unit with bay and ocean views. Condo was clean. Unit could use a few updates for next season. Master mattress needs to be replaced, dryer is rusted inside, and microwave buttons are not working. Highly recommend this condo.
