Spend your days lounging on the beach or enjoying the building's many amenities, which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, pickleball courts, a complimentary movie theater, a fitness facility, saunas, a huge game room, a snack and soda shop, a playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, a volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience as well. Sunlight and views of the ocean bounce throughout this condo, where you'll find a full kitchen, floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the water, and a private balcony overlooking the beach that's accessible in both the living room and the primary bedroom. For your evening entertainment, you'll have free WiFi throughout the condo and four TVs - one smart TV and three with DirecTV service. THINGS TO KNOW The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability. Full kitchen Three of the four TVs have DirecTV, the other one is a Smart TV The third bedroom is an enclosed den with a constructed wall and pocket doors for privacy Smoking is not permitted. Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 8. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. We’d definitely come back again. The kids loved the playground. One of the kids loved swimming, but it was too cold for most of us to enjoy the indoor pool. I love everything about this resort except for the new management. I no longer have the option to bring my own linens or get a refund on a security deposit if I don’t damage anything. They also leave you dishwasher tabs and trash bags which is convenient but just adds on to the price. The check in is also an hour later than it used to be with very little luck of getting an earlier time. For what we spent this year, I’ll be going somewhere all inclusive next year in the Caribbean. Sorry Seawatch. We loved you but you’re out of our league with being nickel and dimed for conveniences. ##### Carrie D. The only negative was that the twin beds were a little too high for my 3 year old grandson to sleep in. It was so nice to have linens provided. A beautiful view of the ocean and the bay. Parking was easy and so was check in. We were able to cook family meals and relax comfortably when we weren't out sight seeing. The pillows were too flat so we ran and bought our own. It was nice to have access to a movie theater, private walk to the beach, 3 pools,playground, tennis and so much more.
