We had everything we needed for our stay. The views are amazing. Loved waking up to beautiful sunrise. The beds were comfortable. This property is perfect for anyone looking to get away to the beach and not worry about a thing. The property was beautiful and well appointed. The view of the ocean from the apartment was breathtaking and serene. Our girls loved swimming in the pool and we felt like we had the place all to ourselves because it was the off season. Building maintenance had turned off the hot water and Veneta responded immediately to our message about it and had someone over to fix it right away. Seriously - everything looked like it was practically brand new. The owners were very welcoming, and had snacks, drinks, paper goods, and toiletries already there when we checked in. The Host was attentive to all the needs of a vacationer. We ate most meals that I prepared in the unit. Eveything was there, pots, pans, potato peeler for my fried onion and potatoes, olive oil and seasonings. If you forgot it, she had it there. The unit itself was spotless, the view gave me a spiritual moment each sunrise and sunset. The kids loved the place and the snacks and cold water were a big hit! Veneta & Tim are great Hosts. Overall, we had a great experience, and I would stay here again. The Good: Clean and updated, with keyless entry, a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, large smart TVs, great water pressure in the showers, and thoughtful and responsive owners. Great beach access, great pool, and great building amenities overall (bar, deli, ice cream shop, general store, corn hole, pickle ball and tennis courts, lots of outdoor tables and seating). The Bad: AC airflow into the master bedroom is low, making it noticeably hotter in there than elsewhere in the condo (there's a ceiling fan that helps a lot). The unit is angled to the side, so the balcony view is also angled, meaning you look directly at both the building next door and the beach/ocean (you still get AMAZING views of the beach/ocean, so don't over think this). There aren't enough elevators given the number of units/people, so getting an elevator could be slow, particularly during check in when there were lines out the door waiting for the elevators. To be clear, the good GREATLY outweighed the bad (no place is perfect!), and I recommend this place highly. ##### Phillip L.
