The place was very clean and cozy. It is close to the boardwalk, parks, beach, fishing. It has an outside screened in area next to an open porch. It other people stay with you and they turn the air conditioner colder than you like, take a blanket for yourself. The sheets on all the beds were clean. Located in an alley, so minimal foot traffic. House has 3 AC units, one in each room, to customize temps for perfect comfort. Shower was excellent and hot water for all back to back 6 people we had in our group. Hardwood/ceramic throughout, so easy to sweep up. Outside shower and garden hose helps you leave all the sand on ocean City. Black out curtains and blinds in bedrooms, giving the kids the much needed sleep in after the beach runs.
