Adorable and affordable, this cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo is a hidden gem nestled on the bayside of Coastal Highway (non-waterfront) on 123rd Street, within walking distance to the pristine sandy beaches. Bursting with beach-town charm, the interior features cheerful beachy blue walls, stylish coastal décor, and a warm, welcoming vibe that invites relaxation. The space has been thoughtfully updated with a beautifully renovated kitchen featuring sleek stainless steel appliances and elegant granite countertops, a fresh and modern bathroom (shower only), and durable, low-maintenance LVP flooring that ties everything together nicely. While the unit does not include a dishwasher or in-unit washer/dryer, a brand-new laundromat is conveniently located on 79th Street.
The master bedroom boasts a plush King bed for restful nights, and the inviting living area offers a comfy queen sleep sofa—perfect for additional guests.
The living area features cable TV, and both TVs offer streaming options. With complimentary WiFi, you'll stay connected and entertained throughout your stay. Ideal for couples, small families, or friends traveling together, this delightful condo accommodates up to four guests and offers flexible booking for any 3+ nights.
Step outside and enjoy being within easy walking distance to picturesque North Side Park, a local treasure filled with scenic walking trails, playgrounds, and seasonal entertainment—including the ever-popular Sundaes in the Park every Sunday during the summer. Whether you're seeking fun, food, or a little peace and quiet, this condo is your perfect beachside escape.
Guest must supply sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets including pillowcases for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

Nice little place to stay for a long beach weekend! We were able to set up an easy late check in and easy to drop off keys at the property management office. The place is small but perfect for a couple. Clean, pretty well equipped, but we didn't personally spend much time there cooking, etc. beyond just sleeping and showering, as we preferred to be out and about! We had to provide our own sheets/towels/TP/trash bags which I didn’t mind. The bed was comfortable. Easy walking a couple blocks to the beach, and some good things within a short walking distance. Overall had a great stay!
