With beach chairs and a boogie board provided, you're practically all set for a beach day before you even arrive. What's more, you can be splashing in the complex's outdoor pool without even leaving the premises. The rental's spacious interior has everything you need back at the home base on your next vacation. The furnished balcony is the ideal place to start your day with a leisurely cup of coffee. The recently-updated full kitchen has everything you need to prepare three squares per day if you prefer homecooked meals. The dining table seats four for family dinners, and the four-seater breakfast bar is a great place to perch while you grab a quick snack or drink. In the warmer months, you'll be grateful for the partial AC and ceiling fans keeping you comfortable. A queen-size sofa bed in the living area provides extra sleeping options. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). It was quiet and relaxing, the condo was clean, the pool was sparkling. The location was out of the craziness, but an easy walking distance to restaurants, beach, and tourist-y activities. However, the bed and the pull out couch were the most uncomfortable pieces of furniture that we have ever slept on. The bathroom door was broke, dirty dishes in the cabinets, dirty silverware in the drawers, shower curtain hanging off, porch door and screen door were both off the track. We also had to clean the pool ourselves when we used it because it was full of Pine Needles. We def will find another place to stay next time. ##### Christopher M. We arrived after dark and that made it a little tricky to find the building and unit. That was not explicit in the directions. Everyone was very welcoming. There are times when you rent homes and the beds aren’t comfortable. My husband and myself slept comfortably on the bed.
