Newly remodeled, this property sits mere steps from the beach at 110th Street - close to shops and restaurants yet still the oasis of tranquility that you're looking for. You'll even enjoy a private balcony with views of the bay and ample space to dine and entertain outdoors. The sun-filled living area is tastefully decorated with many high-end finishes and a large flatscreen TV, while the fully equipped kitchen makes mealtime a delight with nice appliances (including a new refrigerator and cabinetry) and an expansive breakfast bar. Additional at-home features include spacious bedrooms and free WiFi. Walk down to the beach from this direct oceanfront building for a day of sun and surf, or enjoy access to the building’s enclosed pool, available year-round. While covered and protected from the elements, it is not a fully indoor pool. The Capri has other wonderful amenities as well, including outdoor tennis, indoor basketball, an exercise room, a sauna, a game room, a library, and a personal beach locker. All of this, and you'll be within walking distance of several restaurants, a shopping mall, a movie theater, and the popular Gold Coast Mall. Things to Know There is a $75 per week, cash or credit card non-refundable building registration fee due at The Capri, which includes 1 parking space. If available, additional parking spaces will be $10 per day or $55 per week per space.Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 9. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Thus wasn't suppose to happen but the lockbox was broken and the keys were not there. Totally annoying but the help number WAS GREAT! We needed to use the number a few times, for questions, all hours of the day, so helpful. The home was clean, lots of towels, and even soaps for bathroom, dishes, and wash machine. Definitely bring more toilet paper, each bathroom only had 1 roll each. The pool and library was nice. The ocean was a short walk away and not crowded when we were there. We took the bus downtown and the bus pick up is right across the street by shopping area and drop off is right in front of the Capri building. Great location, good bay views, clean unit. Stayed 4 nights in Sep 2023 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Cheril H. 6 Sept 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, communication, location, listing accuracy Disliked: Check-in #### Great place to stay The condo was exactly as the pictures showed except for the bedroom pictures showed a tv in two of the three bedrooms and only the master king size bedroom had a tv. The queen size bedroom also showed a tv but there was not one in it. The location was great for walking to everything you would need to go shopping or walking to a ton of restaurants. Would definitely stay again but the check in process needs to be easier because we got there after the main office closed where you get your key and when I called the main office after hours number they said the key was not n the lockbox on the condo door and it was not there so had to wait till it was brought to me which took some time after the ticket that they put in for you to receive a call back was not put in as a priority. I had to call back after 1/2 hour of waiting to be told it the ticket was not put in as a priority and had to be resubmitted. The problem eas then solved and everything was great after that. Would definitely recommend this property to others !!!!! ##### Cheril H. Was a wonderful time for us all. One complaint I do have is there is no notification when you are booking that there will be an additional 75 registration fee at the building when you check inAbsolutely Ludacris Just would have liked to have had prior knowledge that this would be an additional expense for the weekendRidiculous amount of money to pay for a parking spot everything else was absolutely wonderful ##### Gale M. It took so long to dry clothes and you needed to do a tiny load for anything to dry at all. Also the parking space was in a very tight spot for the size of my vehicle, an SUV truck. I guess they were urine spills - seems like such a nice mattress would have a protective mattress pad on it. The fitted sheet on the bed in the master bedroom just barely fits. The return vent in the dining room is disgustingly filthy! This doesn't seem like a condo that is also used by the owner - maybe it's just for renting. Just doesn't seem "homey" and I have stayed in many condos. The aesthetics could definitely be improved with wall decor. ##### Marti E. If you want to sleep 8 and use the pull out couch in the living room, that person better have a night mask. There are no window coverings in the main rooms AT ALL. So in the afternoon and evening the sun is blazing in and there is nothing you can do about it. As far as being a "fully" equipped kitchen, plan on bringing or buying everything except a small frying pan and large stock pot and dishes. There is a toaster and coffee maker and that's it. Advertised complete with spices. Nope. No other electronics, no large frying pan. It was a challenge cooking for a family of teens, so much so that we had to purchase extra items. And be prepared. The assigned parking space is under cover and under pipes. My SUV did not fit. They did allow us to park Else where.
