It is just like the pictures. It is on the second floor so you get great view of the sunrise. Beach access is so easy and a place to spray off by the pool. The cleanliness of the place was not up to standard. Crusted stains on the couch and blankets, dirty utensils and pots/pans, and a terrible rodent urine smell in the cabinets. The stove is also extremely outdated and doesn’t work properly. The hooks by the front door were awesome for hanging beach hats, and beach coverups. Even provided us enough space to park our beach cart. The table lamps in the living room and dining room provided beautiful ambience lighting at night. Air conditioners in living space and bedroom were sufficient to cool the entire rental. Oversize balcony was great, structure provided plenty of privacy from neighbors. Seeing the sunrise was awesome every morning. Plenty of seating was provided on the oversized balcony and living room with stackable items on balcony if you didn’t need that much seating or side tables. Boogie boards also supplied. Loved that we had access to a shared pool as well. It’s a rental, would we return? The answer is yes. It had easy access, it was in a good location, we were within walking distance to the ocean, had a shared pool which was never very crowded. Living area was comfortable and Detailed. There was a number of burners on the oven that did not work One was not even connected to the socket inside The largest burner did not work. The beds were so so The air conditioners sounded like jet engines I had assigned parking, but the spot was so small the second night I parked in the open area which was designated for that property. I left nasty note Stating that parking was for that property, even though the placard was on my dashboard. Didn’t get that. Maybe it was because I was not in the assigned spot It was big enough for a mini I drive an explorer There was a very large electrical box in that parking space so I could not pull all the way in or I would not be able to open my door.
