The hotel is located in the center of town, close to all the walkable places you want to explore. The views of the castle and cathedral are stunning. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The drive up to it is tricky but understandably so due to the landscape of the town. Definitely recommend staying there.

Check in staff was rude.
Other staff were flat, not friendly. Surprised as other places in Spain staff was welcoming.
Room had no place near bed to charge phone. Options were bathroom and under desk.
Room was small in comparison to other places we have stayed in similar price range.
Hasllway was poorly lit.
