10/10. Kind and helpful staff. Got our room ready early so we could nap after our flight. Fantastic food. Breakfast buffet was extensive with so many fresh choices. Massage and spa services were excellent. Ski shuttle to main Kitzbuhel gondola available- but the walk was so easy and beautiful - we preferred walking. Absolutely recommend this hotel.

Excellent location. Close to public transit. Nice room that sleeps three adults. Terrace rooftop for cocktails/drinks with a decent view of the city. Delicious restaurant especially for breakfast and a friendly staff. Perfect location as a base for going on tours to locations like Neuschwanstein and Salzburg

"Breakfast was good. The room was clean. The ventilation in the dining room was Hotel is good for families with lots of activities but know the smell of the kitchen radiates throughout the hotel. Parking was a problem with tight spaces but with an electric car it was wonderful to have a place to charge ..."
