One of the best hotels I ever visited. Beautiful place. Delicious gourmet dinners, excellent breakfast and lunch. Free parking and wifi. After the first day I took two extra nights to stay here

Great breakfast and spa area! Rooms were okay, it was carnival when I stayed there so it was very noisy - this was probably just bad luck

Fabulous winter familly holiday!
Super place to stay, cozy family like atmosphere, lovely rooms, awsome sky indoor and outdoor pool and sauna, tasty local food, close to Loser ski slopes. Will come back for sure!

Wonderful experience
We truly enjoyed the hotel as the dinners were all exceptional and the spa and pool were really upscale and modern. We had a very big room with 2 bedrooms, and the hotel is kept immaculate. Would recommend for a few days of rest and relaxation. The ski region also not far, 15mn drive ..

I wouldn't stay here again.
We stayed here 1 night on our honeymoon. The biggest problem w the hotel was the place is freezing cold at night and the heat can only be turned on by a tech that goes home. So if you are cold you are cold all night. The outside jacuzzi is not heated and the pool is like warm at best. Then at checkout they changed the price of the stay on me. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through the area.

Beautiful relaxation in Austria
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff is very nice, facilities and room amazing, it is also very clean. Most I loved the both spas of the hotel and I have no words for the restaurant, the food is just splendid, probably some of the best menus I ever had! Can't wait to return to this beautiful hotel!

Quaint village.
Nice village. The hotel has an old and new section. The new section has a nice roof pool, spa and sauna. A couple of cafe's and restaurants are nearby. It was a good over-night stopping location.

It felt like old world charm. The town was quaint and the setting was beautiful. Only 15 min from Hallstatt. They have a great spa and the swimming pool was a real treat.

Overpriced hotel with only a nice pool
First of all, we are in a group of 7 occupying 4 rooms, which are distributed among 3 different floors. If the hotel were fully booked, I can understand, but at least the 2 rooms next to me were empty. Then the thermostat doesn't work and the room was very warm, so I called the front desk and they promised to send someone over and no one showed up in the end. Thirdly, the curtain/blinds were not big enough to cover the window, so I was awaken by sunlight at 7am while I was only able to get asleep at 4am when I decided to go naked as it was way too warm inside. Basically, this hotel has everything you need but only 50% of them works and it is unacceptable at this price.

Lovely spa
Spa facilities and pool are wonderful. Great views and the design is clean and modern. The actual hotel room was not as impressive--stuck in an odd corner with a kids room attached (including a sad looking pack and play crib). It felt rather neglected compared to spa.

Very good hotel.
We stayed 1 night at this hotel. The roof pool is very nice and the view is amazing! The half board was excellent - We got a 5 course meal which was excellent. The staff were always able to help out with excellent English.

Best Hotel Experience of my life
The room was comfortable, clean, equipped, quiet and had a view. Just 1 floor up was the nicest spa I've ever been at with a rooftop pool, sauna and place to lay out and relax. The 2nd floor spa was just as great. Add the 10 Euros for half-board because the dinner and breakfast were two of the best meals I've ever had. The location is great. Quiet. Not an inexpensive place to stay but worth the price. Oh, and the staff dresses in the local Dirndl and Lederhosen so it's a pleasant cultural experience as well. Highly recommended.

Schlechte Federkernmatratzen,dass ich mit heftigen Rückenschmerzen nach Hause fuhr...der Parkplatz ist viel zu eng ..links und rechts bleiben ca.2cm zu den Betonsäulen frei...hinten kann man nicht herrum,weil man gamz zurückfahren muss,sodass die Autos gegenüber aus der Parklücke rauskommen...man muss sich zwischen Auto und Säule durchquetschen und die Kleidung ist verschmutzt...eine Zumutung!!!

Gut gelegen zum Shoppen in der Stadt; ein sehr schöner Wellnessbereich, die Parksituation ist suboptimal. Während das Abendessen (zu einem stolzen Preis !) hervorragend war, fiel demgegenüber das Frühstück deutlich ab.
