### Vacation apartment 2 - Apartments am Nonnenbach

Apartment 2:  
Spacious and cozy maisonette apartment on the upper / upper floor, approx. 78 m², for up to four people, non-smokers. On the upper floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob with extractor hood, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, ... Furthermore, you have a spacious, open living and dining area with a corner sofa. In the winter months, a stove provides additional comfort as a source of comfort. There is also satellite TV, internet with WiFi and a hi-fi system. A large window front provides plenty of light and offers a beautiful view of the vineyards. The DG has a modern daylight bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as an open gallery-style bedroom. There is also a separate toilet on the upper floor. Parking space at the house.  
  
The apartments are only a few minutes away from the Breitenauer See. Everyone gets their money's worth here: athletes, wine lovers, people interested in culture and cuisine.   There is an outdoor seating area with a grill, a covered parking space for bicycles, handcarts, etc. and parking spaces at the house.  
  
Arrival is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and departure is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
