Enjoy a wonderful, unique mountain and valley view at the same time. Parking lots available. The next bus stop is 200m in front of the house, the supermarket can be reached in 5 minutes. Oberperfuss is ideal for numerous sports such as hiking, Nordic walking, mountain biking, skiing, winter hikes, horse riding, and much more. The apartment has 130 square meters and has 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed 180 x 200\. In the large living room there is a pull-out couch for 2 more people. A fully equipped kitchen and a wood stove can also be found here. The bathroom has a bathtub with whirlpool function, 1 shower and a toilet. Una volta arrivati al check-in ti fornice in modo chiaro tutte le informazioni per un corretto uso dell' appartamento, comprese le modalità di partenza in modo autonomo. L'oste ti manderà per mail la card rossa Insbruck (per ogni ospite) da salvare sul cellulare per avere sconti su numerose attrazioni da visitare, comunque nel dubbio da mostrare sempre alla cassa. Importante: con questa card puoi utilizzare gratis i Bus della città di Insbruck. La fermata Bus dall'appartamento dista pochi minuti. In alternativa si può utilizzare il treno che in 10 Min ti porta dalla Stazione di Kematen in Tirol alla stazione centrale di Insbruck, parcheggio esterno macchina gratuito (biglietteria automatica in stazione). A pochi km poi la comodità di un piccolo market per fare la spesa. In generale appartamento super come posizione e servizi per visitare Insbruck. Appartamento per 4 persone comodo e spazioso, con posto auto allegato all' appartamento davanti la struttura. La cucina è provvista di piano cottura ad induzione, forno, frigorifero, stoviglie e pentole per cucinare. Iil bagno é ampio con la doccia, ma sprovvisto di bidet (fuori dall'Italia è difficile trovarlo ma nessun dramma!). Riassumendo: appartamento nr 3 utilizzato per quattro persone consigliato!!! Die Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein und es fehlen im Bad Haken oder Handtuchhalter - auch um im Winter Skisachen aufzuhängen. Ansonsten war alles sauber.Fußläufig sind ein Spielplatz und Bolzplatz sowie ein gutes Gasthaus. Zum kleinen, aber feinen Skigebiet mit toller Rodelbahn sind es nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Leider gibt es keinen Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen und auch keinen Balkon, wie angegeben. Für 4 Personen wird die Whg dann doch schnell zu klein. In der Küche fehlte der Stöpsel für die Spühle und es gab keine Topfdeckel.
