Our next-door neighbors have a sweet dog named Seger who may bark from time to time, but he’ll be indoors or on a lead in their yard. Safety: Please close the windows and lock the door when leaving the premises. Report any damages and/or breakages immediately. Cleaning and Maintenance: Smoking or burning candles are not allowed inside the home. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please do not wear shoes inside the house. Please turn off any electronics when you leave the house. Visitors & Noise: No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 3 people. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Third parties are not welcome, and the place is for guests only. Quiet time after 10 p.m. Please refrain from making noises past 10 p.m. to respect our neighbors. Child Safety: Parents must not leave children unsupervised and they are fully responsible for their children’s safety at all times. PETS: Pets are strictly prohibited. Housekeeping: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We will be happy to help arrange additional cleaning during your stay for a fee. If you run out of clean linens (sheets, pillow cases, towels, etc.) you are welcome to use the laundry facility to replenish them. PLEASE do not wipe any food, oils or lotions on the linens. Please use the kitchen towels (paper or cloths) for their intended purpose. We provide black makeup towels and cotton pads for removing makeup. If our other towels are stained or bleached during your stay, we will charge a $15 replacement fee for each towel. It’s a comfortable, beautiful, quiet neighborhood a beautiful town and the conservatory and college host events throughout the year, if you are alumni, prospective student or a parent of student is the perfect place to stay for events like commencement. If you are a visiting faculty or artist, you will appreciate the quiet comfort of this dwelling, and the fact that it’s just a little bit off-campus :-) ##### Lara W. Nice, quiet neighborhood close to downtown Oberlin. Code lock on the door made it super easy going in and out. It is the other half of an apartment that is attached, so you do share a driveway and front porch. The space has been updated recently and is very comfortable. The only issue I had was that the kitchen sink water faucet didn't work. No running water. Not a big deal, I didn't plan on washing dishes anyway. Also there wasn't any coffee.
