La Noria is the perfect location to stay walking distance from Oaxaca Centro. The staff is friendly and attentive. The hotel is beautifully decorated and has a traditional/modern ambiance that feels so authentically Mexican. All areas were immaculate and neat. The sanitation was to the point. La Noria is an exquisite hotel with a great value. I highly recommend the location for any tourists.

They downgraded our experience
We paid for a "suite", but during our stay, the hotel decided to remove furniture from our room and give us cheap, uncomfortable replacement . When I asked the reason, I was told that the owner of the hotel instructed the staff to make the downgrade. I felt like this was a lie, and that it was more likely that another guest must have not liked their accommodations and their comfort was quickly prioritized over ours. My review would have been favorable prior to this insult. Needless to say, I won't be staying in La Noria on my next visit to Oaxaca.
