So the things I have grievances over are all small but add up. First, the beds where super firm and un comfortable, the futon was more comfortable than the bed. 2. Our pillows where so flat we had to ask for more. 3. The gym they had, the guy on the keyosk at first didnt know anything about it, then said that it was closed to improper working equipment. 4. The indoor pool was so cold that it was hard to adjust to its temperature. 5. The water pressure in the room was basicaly non existent. 6. The TV remote didnt work, I even took it to get new batteries an it still didnt work. 7. They said free coffee but it was only for a small time window and it was basicaly brown water with zero flavor of anykind. 8. When booking the rooms, nowhere did it say it was a hotel 6, while that doesnt bother me, nowhere did it have signs saying Columbia Blu on the outside I at first thought my GPS had taken us to the wrong hotel. All I know is I will not be staying here agin.
