However, I recommend notifying renters about the requirement for a four-wheel-drive vehicle in winter with bold lettering. I overlooked this detail, and since my parents do not drive a four-wheel-drive vehicle, it was quite scary for them. Additionally, the hot tub was dated, and half of the jets were not functioning.
