Room had wet misty smell. Broken office chair with a generic Amazon bought cover on it to cover whatever was underneath and dirty stained sofa chair I didn’t even sit on it.

Staff was very pleasant. M y only complaint is that the bathroom toiletries provided were too small even for just 1 person, let alone 2. Parking was spacious and very convenient to our room.

The entire hotel is in pretty rough shape. Room was dirty. My room stunk like greasy food. A bunch of the gym equipment was broken/ missing. The restaurant is no longer open after breakfast. This was the worst crown plaza I’ve ever been in.

Sadly not like we remember when we stayed at Crown back in 2015. We arrived and checked in which was good. We parked around the back where are rooms were and there was broken temper glass in the back. Made us nervous, glass looked pretty recent. There is no longer a bar downstairs. Seems like it's short staffed. Our TV remote was not working just needed batteries. Our rooms were ok, there were water bottles left behind from whoever used the rooms last. Have the pictures to show. We requested room service the second night for beds to be made and towels and bath items needed. NO SHOW. Requested again the third night but the towels were not refilled. Had to call to get towels and was told I needed to go down to go get them because there was no one available to bring them up. Sadly this place is really struggling and definitely not a 8/10. This place has become more like a 4/10. Towels were super stiff. Need some softener on the towels. There are cosmetic defects that need to be done to the inside as well. It's been run down and can use an update.

The property was perfectly fine. The issue I have is with the representative from Expedia. I originally booked with a different property which my reservation never showed in their system. Mind you I was at the property for checkin at 8pm! Had the run around a from Expedia and didn’t get to checkin to about almost 2 in the morning! Very bad experience and I honestly don’t think I’ll Be using this website anymore for any future bookings.

Could Be Better
My stay at Crowne Plaza was ok. I wish they had a better late check out request process. I was told I had to call the morning of my check out to ask if I could do a late check out. Not ideal, especially if you really needed a later check out. When I did call they told me the latest I could stay was 12:30pm (check out is normally 12pm). I guess something of better than nothing? Also they need to work on their computer/key system. Everything says check out is at 12pm but my key stopped working at 11am. I had to go back down to the check in desk to have them reactivate it. Then at 11:30am housekeeping came to all how much longer I was going to be in the room. I told them I was told I could stay until 12:30pm. She then asked me how many minute until I was going to be done. I again told her I was told I could stay until 12:30pm. She didn’t really seem to understand or was just irritated with me but she left anyways.

The property was very clean and the staff was very nice. The room was large & the bed was very comfortable. The only thing was that the restaurant on the property was not very good but there were tons of places to eat in the area.

Guests were literally yelling in the hallways till 12:45 am, and in the parking lot screaming till 4am. I told the front desk. A lady named Sylvia claiming to be the manager, would not stop to listen to my complaint of the ongoing disturbance. I took a video of it all and will be contacting the hotel for a complete refund.

They were very skimpy with toiletries and they left us no coffee or even cups or sugars for our last morning. About 2 hours before check-out they cutoff access to their wifi and sent a message that we are no longer eligible to use their free wifi

Need a microwave
Everything was great, very clean, staff was attentive. Great location. Really nice pool area. Two things were lacking-a microwave in the room and electric vehicle charging stations. On our last morning, the maids knocked even though we had the Do not Disturb sign out still. A little annoying.
