My wife and I found the handles on the side of the front and rear entrance and exit particularly useful. The home baked shortbread left for guest's is to die for. A beautiful village, shop next door and a pub serving meals around the corner. Sit out in the garden early morning or after a days exploring. Full marks to Alan & Lynne, we loved it. ##### David H. Stayed 5 nights in Jun 2024 ### 6/10 Okay #### Verified traveller 12 Nov 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location Disliked: Listing accuracy #### Advise summer use only The property was lovely, it had everything you need and was well equipped. However only supplied with one towel each so had no option but to put the washer on. As the property was very cold, this made it difficult to dry the washing. We asked for the heating to be turned up but we’re told to put a jumper on and I was told to wrap my husband in an electric blanket! It was just unacceptable for us so we had to leave mid week and come home to a warm house. Would be great to stay in the summer! ##### Verified traveller Stayed 7 nights in Nov 2022 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Jadwiga S. 1 Oct 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy ##### Jadwiga S.
