Love the house. We had 10 family members and all were comfortable. Need were nice and house was very clean. Unfortunately we went when Hurricane/Tropical Storm Debby was coming through. Conditions were such that evacuation while voluntary seemed like the most prudent and safe thing to do. We were only able to stay 1 night before we packed up and headed home. We worked with the property owner and management company for a compromise on a partial refund and they were kind enough to agree to it. Owners were out of the country so Information exchanges took a little time. But we worked out out with them. We were very disappointed and were our grandkids that we couldn’t stay, but we will definitely look forward to a return trip when we know the weather will be cooperative.
