Tucked in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood on Oak Island’s tranquil west side, our beach cottage is a sun-kissed retreat just a short drive from the shore. With weathered wood, nautical tones, and bright, airy spaces, it’s made for easy days and peaceful nights. Enjoy slow mornings, ocean sounds at dusk, and the natural beauty of golden marshes, quiet tides, and endless sky—your barefoot escape, close to the sea, yet far from the noise.  
Charming 1,000 sq ft Beach Cottage – Relax & Recharge!  
Unwind in this cozy beach retreat featuring two bedrooms and two full baths. The master offers a queen bed, blackout curtains, and quaint bathroom, while the second bedroom sleeps three with a twin trundle setup. The living room includes a pull-out sofa, streaming-ready TV, Wi-Fi, board games, and a ceiling fan. Cook comfortably in the fully equipped kitchen with dining for four, and enjoy the convenience of a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and ample storage. Step outside to a front porch, side and back decks, and a spacious fenced yard with a playset—plus a solar shower for post-beach rinse-offs. For your comfort, please provide your own beach towels.  
  
Please note: No parties or gatherings of more than six people. No smoking, vaping, or pets. Violations are subject to a $250 fee.

Gather all used towels & place in washer. Put trash & recycling from kitchen & bathrooms in the receptacles on left side of the house. Roll to the curb. Please bring your own bring beach towels.

Confirm -Lights, fans, ovens, microwave off -All doors locked & stop down -Wash, dry & restore utensils/dishes -Remove food -Turn off water -Place Keurig water in fridge -HVAC to 75 -Safe travels

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
