Not to mention, it's located just a short walk away from the beach across a picturesque walkway and steps from the kayak launch area as well as just a 2-minute drive to the Publix grocery store. On the top floor, you're welcomed into an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, exquisite wainscoting, and an airy atmosphere with an abundance of windows that let the natural light shine in! This space was strategically crafted with your comfort in mind, with plush leather seating, a large flatscreen TV, and coastal-inspired artwork. The kitchen is exceptional — custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, intricate tile backsplash... all set up to make preparing your favorite meals an absolute joy! There's even seating at the kitchen peninsula for a quick breakfast at the bar or to grab snacks. And when you're ready for a full meal, gather around the elegant dining table that seats up to 6 people.
