This hotel is great! Hotels are not meant to live in so we used it as just a place to sleep while learning the love and culture of Hawaii! Amazing place! Bed is super soft too!

Old nasty and run down. Run away.
Location and pool was good but room was bad. Half the burners on the stove didn't work. Closet door was broken. Bucket in front of room door to catch water dripping from ceiling. Hair everywhere, walls, towels, bedding. Had a McDonald's disposable cup in cupboard for drinking. Everything very old and falling apart. Needs fixing ASAP. Half the light bulbs were blown. Never recommending or staying here again.

Not the greatest, but I would stay there again.
The room was okay, it was outdated, a little dirty, drawers and a cabinet door was broken. The elevator broke down a few times. The view though was beautiful and the beds were comfortable, although the mattress topper kept slipping. Location was wonderful - walking distance to Ala Moana shopping center and a Walmart. 😁

DO NOT STAY HERE. MOLD. MOLD. MOLD. We checked in after 6pm so there was no one at the front lobby to assist us when we realized how NASTY the room was. The toilet was running and was unable to flush. The bathroom shower was super CRUSTY and there was MOLD all over the window curtains. My husband has really bad asthma so we decided to leave right away. We emailed the hotel, since there was no way of calling to let them know we couldn’t stay in a room with MOLD. They replied the next morning saying they could move us to another room, but we had already checked into another hotel. We asked for a refund, and the hotel said we needed to deal with the travel agency. You would think MOLD would be a good reason not to stay in a hotel. Nope! Travelocity DENIED a refund of a 3 night stay after speaking to someone at the hotel. Super disappointed in Travelocity for taking their side. You would think that our health, especially during this pandemic, would be a concern. Shame on you for not taking care of your customers.

There were multiple problems right when I arrived. Check in was inaccurate. Refrigerator wasn't working, had to throw out a lot of food. Room type was wrong. Dishes were dirty in the cupboard. Shower hadn't been clean as there was sand everywhere. Hair on my pillows. Terrible stay!!

The photos do not match the property. I booked this "splurgin" on a room and realized it was a bad choice. The room was not clean, outdated, and an uncomfortable stay. The shower was seldom to be hot and the towels were far from being delivered to the room. The elevator in the building took about 15 minutes to arrive each time due to only having one working. Finally, the condo charged my card double for the stay and completed multiple transactions without my consent. I would not stay here again.

The location is fantastic. However, the condition of the room was extremely disappointing. I wound up sleeping on the floor because the mattress was beyond uncomfortable - I could feel the springs and it hurt. The kitchenette cabinet doors were falling off. The TV barely worked. The AC needs service. The bathroom shower curtain is moldy. And the best part, the glasses, dishes, pots, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, etc., all were crusty. Super location, but very disappointing and uncomfortable room.

I think the property and kitchenette in the room was prefect. The staff was great. My only problem that I was on the 31st floor and the elevator was out of service the last 4 days of my trip. The sad part is I had to walk all my luggage down all those stairs when I was checking out. Thats my only complaint and I wasn’t able to get a hold of staff about the situation? They stopped responding to my text?

PLEASE DONT GO HERE!! Absolutely disgusting rooms, we had a huge metal piece sticking out of the room and busted our ankles multiple times. We complained and asked if we could get a new room because we were told that we would be receiving a kind bed initially. After walking into a room with a queen bed and a metal piece hurting us, they refused to move us to a different room. The elevators didn’t work multiple times forcing us to walk down the stairs from the 32ND FLOOR! The other girl with me had cancer and had a knee replacement. So she wears out easier and this was absolutely exhausting for us. On our last day, the elevators shut down completely, we had to catch our flight so we had no choice but to DRAG OUR 50 POUND BAGS DOWN 32 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS. For someone that had a knee replacement, she can’t even run and this amount of physical exertion was unbearable. How can Expedia even offer a “hotel” that doesn’t even offer a reliable way to get down to the ground?

Nice view of the ocean and Marina. Put on the 20th floor initially. No elevators working in the entire building and no front desk on site. Had to walk up to the 20th floor before finally reaching a hotel rep and being moved to the 9th floor. So didn't get to enjoy the view.

Purple hair in shower. Purple hair dye on shower wall and sink.. trash can had garbage in it. Water bottle and juice bottles under the bed. Dried Blood (not washed at all) on tapestry at foot of bed. . Filthy mirror. And microwave. And overall dusty dirty filthy floors and walls dirty/greasy handprints on windows and mirrors. Took pictures. Embattled. And Haven't had response from management.

I will rate 0 star if possible. Worst of the worst.. no front desk so you cant really complain once you're there. Tried texting, calling and sending them an email,but no response. Room is dirty, found hairs on the blanket. Sink stinks, bones and food stuck inside, shower leaks, not all amenities are provided, broken phone, broken AC remote, dirty towels, dirty carpet, dirty bed sheets. I also got rashes in this hotel. Asked for another room but no one dared to respond to any of my requests. Requested hair dryer as well but still got nothing. No roo. Service. Not recommended at all. Do not book at this hotel.

We were extremely disappointed with our stay! First we received an email the day of check in advising the lift isn’t working so we had to carry all our luggage up all the flight of stairs and then again up and down each time time we stepped out. While being pregnant this was extremely unpleasant and then we find out the lift has been an issue for months. If I knew this in advance I would have not booked this room. The state of the apartment was horrible the walls, carpet and bedding was stained and the bathroom skunk and the shower was mouldy and gross. We also had issues with our wifi and our pass to the stairs and after emailing management twice we never received a response. For the price we ended up paying and the state of the apartment it was very upsetting and an unpleasant stay.

STING, ROACH INFESTED! DEPT OF HEALTH IS COMING
This was the MOST DISGUSTING RATS NEST I HAVE EVER SEEN. I checked in. Waited 15 minutes to get the front desk to answer the phone. I was told to go down a driveway and under a garage. Sit there and she would be out. She brought out the paperwork and was pleasant. We waited 15 minutes for the only operating elevator. Got to our room, opened the door, almost had a heart attack! The kitchen was first. MOLD AROUND THE SINK, NASTY BLACK STUFF IN THE SINK (mold?) COLD NASTY COFFEE IN THE COFFEE POT THAT LOOKED LIKE IT HADNT BEEN TOUCHED IN 2 YEARS!, BROKEN CABINET HALF HANGING. past the little threshhold that was rotting, to the couch, it had the cushions hanging half off, rips and some very unsterile pillows. Next to the couch was a bed. I looked at the bed and it HAD BEEN USED! On the top wrinkled sheets and pillowcases. DRIED BLOOD!, DRIED FLUIDS!, ANDLOTS OF BLACK HAIRS!! I WAS MORTIFIED! Im running out of space if you want to see pictures i am more than happy to send them as i have already via internet support, who has not replied! Called the desk immediately. She said she would send housekeeping when i asked for a clean room. Contacted fd to tell them we are leaving explaining why, requesting a refund. She said ok. Never answered another call I emailed them and never received a reply I booked the first 5 star hotel and got tf out. Should be condemned and if im sick within the next 14 days, they will be responsible for my medical needs. I have contacted the DOH & BBB

Terrible there was black mold on the ac and in the bathroom they put the blankets on wrong or forgot a sheet. The window was hard to open. All the chairs in the room had broken struts. The room needed some tlc. I wore my shoes because i bet they didnt clean the carpets.

Went for a week long vacation in Waikiki. First of all the elevators didn't work for the time being. We were on the 11th floor so you can imagine the fustration. There were people in the 38th for that couldn't even get to their rooms. There's not front desk so if you have a problem you have to call a number for assistance.

Am going Teu saw you guys....You guys near the elevator gonna be shut down from Friday morning until Monday..,,And my husband is a handicap he cannot walk on the stairs we stay at the 34 floor...I have to walked all the way to our room and crap all our stuff and brought it down with me...and we checked in to another hotel to get ready before we late to our Ball....my feet right now I can’t hardly work so am going to go see my Dr and my Lawyer to sue the hotel...I have all the Witnesses that I need....p.s I need all my Refund in to my account as soon as possible....I check out from the hotel on Friday thank you

Don’t Stay here. There are plenty of “cheap hotels” on Island. This place is a bio hazard, moldy shower, blood on the bed, dirty sanitary napkin under the bed. I also had to walk 38 Flights of stairs to find my key pad no longer worked coming home at night, because the elevators were turned off. (They don’t expect new elevators for at least three years). The night manager said there was nothing he could do. There was a man passed out on the couch in the lobby. There was also a drunk tenant mocking me standing with the guy who said he couldn’t help me. Had to rent a new hotel. Still waiting for the call from management to get a refund.

The only good thing about this place is the view. We were on the 28th floor and the elevator was down. They only have one working elevator and they only run it an hour or two a day because it is not up to code. The room was dirty and the carpet was stained. The remote for the tv did not work, and there were no outlets anywhere near the bed to charge our devices. When we come back we will not be staying here. No clue how this place is still in operation.

Everything was terrible, except the view of ocean. I stayed on 37th floor but elevation didn’t work on second day of staying, that mean I had to walk up and down use stairway for 37 floor with my belongings. Moreover in case of emergency, if something happens, accident, sick or else we should have died here!!! I decided to leave next day because no one could give me the details information that when the elevator would get back to work. I lost haft of my vacation day to contact Obbitz to relocate me to new places to stay and contact the Maria tower staff for early checking out process and request credit back for unused property, parking, resorts fee and the less of staying. They promised to credit back which I have not yet received them???? Because I have to rush to check out in timely manner, so I left my belongings in the room. Next day I called the staff to check, so I could arrange time to pickup. The answer form them was they did not find anythings in the room, but I positively sure my belongings was there????? STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, it is true that many people leave negative feedbacks for this one. Too bad I want to take a chance. But I warn for other.

We were very disappointed this trip. Only one elevator working out of 2 and one day none were working. We had to go down then climb up 21 stories of stairs when returning after shopping. A notice was posted saying one elevator was being under repairs until 2023 but we were told by an insider that they save that one for emergencies only so I guess a long weekend with lots of guest wasn't an emergency. If we were notified of only having 1 elevator beforehand, we would've stayed at another hotel. When they finally fixed the one elevator, it took forever to get on without it being loaded with people so we were forced to wait till it unloaded hoping it wasn't again full when it returned to our floor. Carpet in our room was full of stain marks so we used our slippers indoor. Electrical outlet not working in our bathroom so I had to blow dry my hair in the main room. We will not be staying there again!

Likes: The ocean view was spectacular and that fact that it has a cute kitchen with dishes and food to make (which we didn't use though) Dislikes: Only one elevator working, which was horrifying because it kept jerking and we who were on the elevator got scared and jumped off once it opened because it felt like we would fall to our death. The room felt dirty. The bathroom toilet was poorly scrubbed. You can tell the way they brushed the inside. There were big yellow stains and just horrible cleanliness of the bathroom. The shower was leaking and there were mold all over.I believe we should be conserving water. The carpet was dirty, there was no dining table as stated on their website. No front desk. The number we could text if there was any issue, did not text me back when i had an emergency. Our daughter called at 430am and told us that there were people threatening to kill her and her friend at Ala Moana Shopping Center. We are on the 36th floor. My husband and I were both ill. We both stood at the elevator waiting for a very long time. I texted the phone number that was given to text in case of any issues, and no one messaged us back. We ended up running down the stairs and my knees almost failed me on the 20th floor. I thank God, those men left my daughter and her friend because who knows what would've happened if we took any longer.I blame Expedia for rushing us to make a decision without checking the reviews.

This unit was not clean and had a musty oder. Carpet, curtains and toilet were dirty. The garburator leaked under the sink. The shower head needs replacing. The stove hood filter was greasy. The freezer was frosted. The room came with a kitchen but lacked adequate dishes. We ended up buying dishes that we left behind. The room did not look like the pictures represented on the website. On the other hand, the building staff, service and facilities were acceptable.

Just don’t waste your precious time there. It’s a dump. Someone is going to die in the one working elevator! You more then likely are gonna pick up some kind of bug or virus from the gross rooms and bed!!
