Great Stay at Hilton Waikiki Beach

Pros: Good location to the beach and shopping.Clean and quiet rooms. Good price for a good hotel. Concierge service very good.
Cons: No shuttle to the airport
Location: As mentioned before, 1 block away from the beach and the main street to restaurants. Wife and I walked everywhere without any issues.
This is the second time my wife have stayed at the Hilton Waikiki Beach. The hotel is not on the beach but only a short block away. It is close to shopping and public transportation is right in front. The staff is very professional and gives you great service.

Great Hotel

Pros: Always consistently good.
Cons: Rates seem a little high considering it is a block back from the beach and up the Diamond Head end unless you take advantage of their special offers.
Location: At the Diamond Head end of Waikiki but only a short walk back to the other end. The local bus stop is nearby to get to Ala Moana, the Stadium or Pearl
This was our second time back at this hotel. Although one block back from the beach, the ocean view rooms still provide a great outlook to Waikiki beach and beyond. I loved waking up to this view every day.

Disappointing

Pros: Close to restaurants, beach and shops in Waikiki. Clean room.
Cons: Breakfast. Attitude of staff.
The rooms were clean and of a decent size with most amenities. If you wanted to check out Waikiki the location was also very good, close to restaurants and the beach. We had paid for breakfast in advance because we have a 2 year old and it's just easy knowing we have breakfast sorted. I found out when we got there that the breakfast was for 2 adults only, not for our son (who at 2 years old barely eats anything). The children's menu was extremely limited and to get anything like oatmeal you had to pay for an adult portion, which was far too big. Now for the breakfast itself. The menu was the weirdest set up I've ever seen. You had a choice, A to G, with almost no flexibility. Some of the staff at the restaurant had an air of contempt towards the guests and to be honest I think I would have had a better breakfast at a well known fast food outlet! What I have found disappointing about Hilton hotels is that you have to pay for WiFi in your room at over $10 a day. Even at a 3 star hotel in Mexico City, every room had free WiFi. It's these little things that make you reconsider staying here because they all add up. And although the staff at the main desk were professional, you had the feeling they wanted you to go away as soon as possible. Other than the cleaning staff, a lot of people here had an attitude. Definitely NOT the Aloha spirit you see in most places in Hawaii. All in all, not the worst experience I've had but on balance, disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel

Nice hotel, close to the beach.

Pros: Public transportation was available. Clean room. Helpful staff. Nice having coffee maker and refrigerator in room.
Cons: Elevators were sometimes not working properly. It would be nice to have a small microwave available.
Location: Close to the beach, public transportation and convenience store.
This was a very nice vacation experience. We were there 10 nights and found it very relaxing. The staff was helpful and the rooms were clean. Being able to see the ocean from our room enabled us to enjoy the scenery even when relaxing.

Aloha, We did have a few elevator issues. Usually they are very few and far between. When the storm hit there was so much flooding in Waikiki that water penetrated the elevator shafts. We did fix everything. I am sorry. Erich Smith General Manager

It's a Ok hotel near the beach

Pros: Location and cleanliness
Cons: The place is very limited, it doesn't feel like a resort. They should at least give free wifi in the rooms.
Location: Waikiki beach
The rooms are nice, they don't look run down and they are clean, although the restroom doesn't have a tub (would have been great after all the activities). The hotel property is small, so the gym is small, the bar is small , the pool and jacuzzi are ridiculously small. Oh and they have a limited parking area that charges 30+ dollars per night. The reason why I would recommend this place is location, its two blocks away from the beach and walking distance to most of the Waikiki action. The rooms are nice and don't feel dirty, but they should have free inroom wifi instead of having to go down to the lobby.

ビーチから一本入ったクヒオ通り沿いで、騒がしすぎず、ほど良い場所にある。部屋は概ね快適だが、風呂桶がないのは日本人には残念(すぐに慣れたが)。普通の良いホテルといった感じだが、リゾートフィーがかからない点が良い。日本語は通じない。フロントやスタバのおばちゃん(や他の店の人々)は親切だが、ポーターとベルボーイの態度は悪く、今回の旅で数少ない嫌な思い出。

Comfortable stay

We found our stay comfortable and convenient. The location was great and it was good to find a high quality hotel without the resort fee. We weren't planning on spending much time at the hotel so didn't want to have to pay a resort fee on top of the room fee.

朝のチェックインの時のスタッフが抜群に良かった。 仕事は早いし、こちらの要望を的確に把握して対処できる、大変に素晴らしいスタッフでした。 しかし、エレベーターの音がビル全体に地響きのごとく轟わたる構造上の欠陥があります。 お勧めは、エレベーターから離れた部屋をとる。
