Checked out after 1 night

Posted 18-Apr-2018
Cons: It would be improved if it was nuked to the ground and then re-built
Location: absolute carnage and very busy
Arrived at the hotel and it was very busy checking in (had to pay $8 to park whilst checking in) Car Parking is $50 per day Beach Chairs $14 per day each Beach Umbrella £14 per day You get a PS4 in your room but guess what you have to pay to rent the games Room gloomy and old bland colours worn carpets and so on Room View of another tower block Not my idea of a Hawaiian Paradise Checked out after 1 night and went and stayed in the Four Seasons Ko Olina much better and not much difference in price once you take all the Hilton Charges into account

Generally good experience but some decline in room cleanliness over the last couple of years. Bathroom in particular- floors not as clean as they should be

This experience made you feel at home. So much warmth and welcoming from everyone on the island and hotel staff and guest. Planning on another trip back! LOVED IT!

Nice Resort, but....

Posted 18-Apr-2018
The resort was really nice. Access to beach and pool was easy especially when you have children. Many places to eat, some decently priced. However, the bathroom wasn’t very clean when we arrived and wasn’t cleaned well while we stayed, mainly the toilet.

so close to best surf breaks on south shore

Posted 17-Apr-2018
Pros: Pricing, and massive endless options for facilities
If your going to stay in waikiki you may as well do it in style. Tis hotel has it all and is actually really well priced For me,close proximity to best surf breaks and excellent open water swimming off Ala Moana beach park were key items

It looked perfect online. The room was supposed to be a king. Got two full beds. Tried to get king and they wanted more per night for their mistake. So our romantic trip was in separate beds. Room was filthy. Tub broke 3rd day. No one came and then never got message we needed to move. No call to cell either. Over 24 hours with no shower. They offer a $100 credit. Ridiculous pricing in Starbucks! Ended up with an extra day due to weather moved to Marriott Waikiki Beach. 100x better

We came at the high time for check ins and waited in line for almost 45 minutes to get our keys. Towers are spaced out but plenty of amenities in between. Parking fees should be listed on the page. 20% of the room charge should be noted by Expedia.
