We are sorry to hear that your stay was not as expected. We assign rooms according to amount of guests staying in room as well as guest preferences. We try to accommodate upon check-in if not satisfied with assigned room if possible. As far as the parking, we manage rooms in a AOAO condominium, we are not in charge of the parking structure.
