Parking is offsite but close around the corner for $35 a night we were able to check out beach chairs and beach towels for the beach rooms had a refrigerator safe microwave a small area where you can cook along with dishes. It was great thank you. Ice machine is on the second floor.

The staff provided phenomenal service, however Jenn at the front desk was an all-star, and she went above and beyond!!! They made us feel very welcomed on our first trip to Honolulu!!! We highly recommend this location for your trip to Waikiki Beach!!!!

The carpet in lobby is very old and full of dust. Carpet is the room is also bad. Cleanliness needs attention. Parking is painful.

First of all, this property was difficult to find. It’s smack in the middle of a shopping area and has two small glass doors with a small sign next to it with the hotels name on it. It looks just like one of the store fronts that it is in the middle of. There is nowhere to park while checking in, front desk clerks say that it is ok to park a few stores down in front of Tommy Bahamas while checking in, but it is a tow away zone - so you take your chances parking there. Parking is a 5 minute walk away, $35/day. My room smelled musty, I was offered another room, but it smelled musty too. The good things about this hotel are that it is right in the middle of many shops and restaurants that you can walk to. Staff was very nice and attentive. Room was nice and clean. There is a pool, no jacuzzi.

We arrived at the hotel at 11am and We had to wait 4 1/2 hours to check into our room and we watch other people walk up and check right into their room while we waited .. The property looked nice That’s it far as property go.. Room service was horrible they never clean our room and we had a four day stay. They never gave us clean towels, bathroom tissue. We had to go down to ask for everything. The employees was very rude and disrespectful. The air conditioner and the heater did not work. We went down to ask for them to fix it or switch his rooms. They ignored us. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone friends family or anyone I met on the street….

Great staff, friendly and responsive. Convenient and centrally located. Beach is just 2-3 blocks away. Good price and staff offered to waive 1 night resort fees due to our time of arrival. They also accommodated a switch from 1 king to 2 queens. The closet doors were stiff, as were the patio screens. Pots and pans were available upon request, not in the kitchenette. Pool was small so we didn’t use it (appeared few did). Would have been nice to have a couple chairs given it is a kitchenette.

It was kind of hard to find, but I was impressed with cleanliness, and housekeeping came on my 2nd day for cleaning. Parking is a Little bit of walk. Staff very friendly and courteous. Check out was fast. Do not book for third party cuz you can avoid paying resort fee of $20/day.

Its in an ideal spot for waikiki. Everything is walkable and they have some amenities. Beds were clean and avg hotel size. The bathroom is much fancier looking than the whole room. Literally only downside is parking. They DO NOT HAVE ONE. There is a lot shared by multiple properties and they did have a "cheaper" rate for full day parking.

Great value hotel option right on the main strip. The rooms are large and bathroom nicely remodeled. The furniture, bed and carpet are dated, but overall for the price no complaints.

Great value in a very happening downtown area with lots of dining and shopping. It's not fussy or fancy but does the job if you plan to be out and about for most of your days anyway. Very friendly staff. I'd stay there again.

We were told the room would be bigger, with laundry S facilities and it would be soundproofed ….none of this was true. We were told a taxi from the airport would be about $20to$25 instead it was $70 each way. Disappointing.

Aloha! Sorry for the misunderstand about our facility being soundproof. We do have washer and dryer on one floor. As for the taxi we know for sure that its around 50 - 60 each way because even uber is more than 25 each way. We apologized for the inconviences during your stay with us.

The kitchen had a single pot so could not really cook anything, however we also didn't ask if any more equipment was available. Staff were great and super helpfull. The beach chairs were amazing. Overall a decent stay.

The staff was very friendly & help. We used the beach chairs every day of our stay as we toured many of the beaches on the island. The hotel was close & within walking distance of most of our dining choices. Really enjoy the stay & the beds were perfect!!

Staff very nice, typical room, hot plate and microwave handy..laundry one washer and dryer . Easy access both times we used. Pool way too cold …kids would be frozen ….we went only once. No one ever in the pool likely for same reason.
