Very busy hotel.
the front desk staff, and housekeeping staff were exceptional. The pool staff were curt and almost "too cool" for their job of handing out towels.
The ladies working at the Kaila tower, in the spa, were very nice and welcoming.
Double beds are really small. It is disspointing that a hotel, in this day and age, still has these in their guest rooms. My husband and I, both average sized people, could barely sleep.
The room had a great view. The pools were overcrowded. There were so many people there that were not guests that took away from our experience. We paid a premium rate for this hotel, and people were walking up from the beach that just got to use it. Its actually just not fair.
