I think that this is a nice property for families. I wish the pool would have been open and the washer and dryers was provided in the facility but most of them was out of order but other than those small mishaps everything was wonderful. My kids had a great time.

The safety bar in the second bedroom was broken. (My son has cerebal palsy and had to use our bathroom because he needed that). Tv in living area kept dropping out "saying unavailable... Every 2 minutes or so. Main bedroom hvac closet (something kept beeping like an alarm) told front desk. Fixed noise but then air conditioner did not work after.

We liked the two bedroom and two bathroom suite. Very nice for privacy when traveling with 4 or more people. One of the main reasons we decided to stay here is that it has a kitchen with the ability to cook. Our microwave didn't work. We told them the next morning and they said they'd fix it. Nothing was done the 3 nights and 4 days we were there. They gave us 500 IHG points and promised us 5000 more, but never got them all yet. It wasn't very busy when we were there, but they never offered for us to move to a different room or give a partial refund. This place wasn't terrible, but the situation could have been handled much better.

Great stay! Great price for a suite. Really good breakfast also. Only complaint was the soup we bought in pantry to have for dinner. All soup was in freezer and hard to thaw Other than that it was perfect

The suite was really nice! Wish we could have stayed longer. Only thing I did not like was the mattress. Possibly old?? But the mattress was hard and uncomfortable.

The room was clean the staff where Friendly and attentive we had a couple New Year’s Eve gathering and it was close to nice restaurants bars and gas stations!

Staff (Adrian & Bailey) treated us like we were the most important guests there. The hot breakfast was good, the hotel is exceptionally clean, and i love the apartment layout. There are dining options within walking distance, including a Starbucks. Will definitely stay here again.

Problems started at check in when we were informed the two bedroom suite with king bed and two double beds was not available. The solution ended up being to put us in two separate rooms, both with one double bed and a filthy pullout couch. Rust and mold were prevalent on the AC unit. Carpet was so filthy that our feet were dirty. Would.not stay here again.

Dirty and uncomfortable
Started off with no early check in but I get it , they were busy , parking lot empty and no lines. The next issue was walking in the room and seeing that the cleaners miss a drawer full of empty shot bottles and peoples dirty socks in the closet. Which then makes you wonder what else was not clean. The beds are advertised as comfortable but instead they are hard springy and not in good condition. The couches had rips in them and worn out. All in all it was a lousy stay and not worth the money I paid for their 2 bedroom suite.

Both tvs in the rooms did not work, things were falling apart in the rooms. Fire alarm went off at 6am the day of check out. This hotel could use an update. However staff and service was nice as well as the breakfast.

Very spacious rooms.
The rooms were large with plenty of room for our 6 family members. Breakfast was pretty good but I've had better. The location was great but you'll have to drive to find something to eat or walk next door to the Mexican restaurant. It was cool so all the fires were going, in and out so that was really nice.

Disappointing
We have stayed at this Staybridge before, and it has been adequate. This time, the elevator was out of service for the weekend, and of course we were assigned to the 3rd floor at the furthest end of the building. The front desk staff was mostly unconcerned about this, with a simple "hope this wasn't an inconvenience for you" at checkout. Well, it was!

Book through the actual hotel or suite, Expedia was the worst idea ever! Expedia overbooked our room and the property couldn’t contact us because Expedia doesn’t share contact information. Won’t be using Expedia ever again, but I’d stay at the suite again!
