Here are some points to take into account: 1) The apartment has a guest capacity. The maximum capacity of the unit integrates adults, children and babies, since according to the rules of the condominium all count equally. The platform as such does not charge for babies under 2 years old, nor does it count them in the total capacity, so we ask that you personally take this into account to avoid misunderstandings when you arrive at the condominium. 2) The final cost may vary depending on the number of nights, number of guests and date of reservation. Guest Access: Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. on the day before your arrival or on the day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours before their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately, Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. \-Check-in takes place in the condominium lobby.
