"Rooms were clean but very warm. We also couldn’t get the television to work. We were offered a room change which helped with the television issue and was slightly cooler. After the first night we found a fan available for use which solved that issue. We were concerned our first night because there was rap type music playing in the lobby but the rest of the stay the music was appropriate and pleasant. Staff were very efficient and hospitable."

"This was a TOTAL mistake! I spent my time with my son at a different address, without toilet, bathroom, electricity and internet… I’ve already made an official complaint."
"The communication from staff was great and they explained and sent diagrams for our unit and parking description. Our unit was clean and had a beautiful big deck you could enjoy. While we only stayed one night there are no complaints wish we could of stayed a few days.
