Worst hotel experience ever! The elevator was broken throughout our entire stay, making things extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, the guy at reception tried to charge me twice for the city tax, even though I had already paid it just 10 minutes earlier!
Absolutely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here. I will NEVER comeback! I also felt terrible for the poor staff member who had to carry our 23kg luggages from the 3rd floor all the way down to the main floor. Worst experience!

"Apart from the very comfortable, spacious, and clean apartment the support that I got for an early check in was exceptional. As I only had one night in Subotica, an early check in was very helpful to me. They worked hard to allow me a midday check in which I highly appreciated. Very good and helpful ..."
