Rooms are much better in the main hotel than the annexe, but please be aware that during December there are Christmas parties with music at weekends - although this was not unduly disturbing. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly, they put themselves out to accommodate any requests. However, ...
A really pleasant stay - rooms were very comfortable and v.clean. Breakfast was really good and the staff attentive, polite and smiley. I would definitely recommend this hotel
Hotel was clean and room well equipped for a stop over in Nottingham. Shower water was on the cool side but room very hot; neither was easy to adjust. Just one person on reception both in the evening and morning, despite the hotel being very busy so there was always a queue.

Night was noisy with the christmas functions and people returning to their rooms. Breakfast was pleasant, would have enjoyed scrambled egg or boiled egg but ...
We chose this hotel as it was closest to my nieces wedding venue in Plum tree. What a fantastic find, 5 stars all round. Would highly recommend & we are looking for a reason to return.
Pretty nice hotel, slightly marred by 3 of my colleague's vehicles been broken into. By all accounts this has been a regular occurrence recently. If this hadn't been the case, I would have scored this hotel higher.
Only stayed 1 night. Breakfast food was enjoyable apart from the fact that hotel kept running out of food. The staff could not keep up with the demand.
