The lad at the bar worked his socks off, on his own to serve bar food, drinks and room service. Deserves a medal. The food was awful though.

Hotel have no moral ground.
We requested to cancel due to family bereavement and they would not give a full refund even though we had given plenty of notice. It was a non refundable booking but under the circs they could have given us a voucher for another day Hotels.com though we’re extremely helpful and I will always use them going forward

A great stay - but......
Accommodation was excellent, food was great and the restaurant staff were exceptionally helpful and courteous. The only negative was the slow response from reception when we asked for additional bedding as we were very cold. We had to ask twice before any action was taken. Similarly the iron in our room was returned to reception as the pointed end of the heating plate was broken and missing. The promised replacement never arrived . Not the usual Delta Hotels standard in this respect only. All other aspects of our stay were great.

Nice hotel but room too hot to sleep in
The hotel is nice and the staff is friendly. Breakfast was superb. The room heating, however, was too much, and we could not turn it down. It was cold outside and yet we could not sleep without turning on the fan in te room. Also the fridge in the room was not cold even though it was on.

Overall good but a few issues
Overall it was a decent stay, there was some mould in the bathroom and stains on the bedroom carpet, one of the hand towels also had a blood stain on so it wasn't great there. We did room service for dinner, the food sadly was really cold when it arrived which wasn't good. Breakfast was good and the room was quiet. Upon checking in the lady at reception told me the wrong room so I had to travel back down to reception with my heavy bag and get that sorted which was less than ideal, but she fixed the issue quickly.

Great stay minus the "satins" on the the seating in the room, shower could do with a clean as it's not very slightly having black mould. Overall comfortable, great staff and good food.

Good stay at Delta
Nice stay at Delta by Marriot - We had a good stay at the delta. Nice, spacious room. Breakfast was good, lots of options. Spa was great. Pool, Jacuzzi, Steam & Sauna. Was good 1st day but very busy 2nd day. All staff very helpful.

The too with the double bed: The air conditioning system was too noisy and therefore could not sleep well. One could see loose stains on the carpet that had not been cleaned off. There was a hair pin in the walk in shower. The room with the twin single beds: there was a leak from the bathroom through the wall to the room.

Another excellent stay at The Nottingham Belfry. I was lucky it was so quiet, as this hotel is used by a lot of corporate customers and can be extremely noisy !! Great choice if you need a friendly hotel close to the M1 motorway !!

Hotel was generally good, staff were very good. Only issues were toilet bowl not cleaned - not great !! No water provided in room - not sure if just missed or that they do not provide. Outside those two points, I'd stay again.

Promised vegan breakfast was normal breakfast without the meat etc same price some soya milk but curdled in coffee at conference no vegan main starter was half tomato 3 slices of cucumber with lots of very strong red onion yeh breath that in people desert fruit that’s just insulting and lazy no oat milk for coffee dreadful offering

Thank you Donna for taking the time to feedback and whilst we are sorry that you felt that you were not looked after adequately enough, we are really shocked by your response as we worked very closely with the organiser for this event, who had pre-booked vegan meals and these were given out on request. In fact I was in the restaurant when you commented that there was no vegan offerings and my F&B Supervisor explained that these were on request and cooked to order and organised one for you, whilst you were waiting you spoke at length about Vegan food offerings or lack of at other events and started to eat a salad from the display, which did have onion in it and Krystal kindly gave you a napkin to put these in but did offer to make you one without it. The organisers have been made aware of your comments and are as apologetic as us and have said ' we the, conference organisers had organised vegan meals for the delegates who requested them, and all she needed to do was ask, if this was not clear you do apologise but maybe she should have taken this up with the conference organisers'. As you exhibition stand was so close to the coffee station and this was being refreshed throughout the day, I am sorry that we did not pick up that the milk had curdled your coffee, nor that you did not take the opportunity to reach out to the team to make us aware so we could rectify at the time. Thank you again for your feedback and we hope that we do have the chance to improve our offering to you in the future.
