staff made my stay that much better

Although there was renovations going on within the hotel it ran rather smoothly. Not being from the UK at all and not knowing Nottingham. The staff made multiple suggestions of areas to visit, places to eat (whether it was traditional British food) or something I liked. Showed me areas of the night life, the attractions including other areas to visit. One issue was lack of a menu really with limited choices and the issue of parking besides that stay was fantastic. Room always clean, staff always smiling & helpful.
