Second time at this hotel, rooms in need of redecoration. Staff welcoming and concierge very helpfull regarding parking during the external works which seem to be ongoing. A very busy hotel but it was a nice stay, the room was spacious, well equipped and clean. Dinner in the restaurant was overpriced and bland (Burger and Tuna dishes). Staff were friendly and welcoming. Spa facility was good although very busy.

A beautiful light, airy hotel ideally situated on University of Nottingham's beautiful campus. Very comfortable, lovely rooms and spotless bathrooms. In spite of being fairly full the overall ambience was calming and very quiet. Excellent stay.
