Really good customer care from the hotel staff. Check in was quick, room was clean and tidy. Didn't have breakfast, therefore can't comment. Overall a pain free and lovely hotel to stay st.
Lovely hotel, great breakfast options, clean room, bed was a bit uncomfy! Only real downfall was that it was stated that all fees and charges were included but the hotel tried to charge an extra £13 for the carpark!
We had a family room. Pullout sofa was in not too good a shape and could have used a new mattress. Bathroom was nicely updated. Carpet could be updated. Walls were thin . Sounded like the people in the adjacent room were in our room talking. Easy walk to the castle.

The room was nice and clean and the beds were comfortable. The room decor was beautiful and smart . The hotel has loads of facilities which is great , when we stayed it was raining heavily outside so the facility came in useful .
