Stayed 3 nights. Nice clean hotel. Staff always smiling and very helpful. Breakfast was a bit hit and miss. The full breakfast food “trickled out” and was therefore there always something missing, be it eggs, bacon or sausage. Though again the staff were very polite.
Good overall. Staff at desk and restaurant seem to be okay but too keen to be useful. The gentleman working the night shift was extremely helpful. Bar staff was helpful but done local ales and beers would be nice. Room was large for the UK but facilities can certainly be improved.
We stayed for 2 weeks in December and it was a great base for the Nottingham area. Comfortable reception areas and amenities for people to come and have a drink or bite to eat with us, close to the city centre
