I was running a training session at the hotel and stayed 2 nights. I found the staff really helpful. The breakfast was a little dry (i got up late), but the rest of the food was excellent. The hotel has excellent training and conference facilities.
Stayed in April so very quiet, but loads of facilities here, mainly water based but mini golf and segways too. Great for young family. Accomodation basic but lovely food.
Very helpful staff Room was quite dark as had limited views to outside
Setting of hotel is lovely, very peaceful and quiet, knew hotel was old but expected room to be better than it was ! It was dated and needed redecorating and better curtains would help ! Staff were very nice and food was good although there was no wine list in the resturant .
fine hotel beds very hard and uncomfortable pillows not good room clean staff good
Great hotel in an amazing location. We came to visit Warhammer world - and it is only 10 minutes away. Room was tidy with all your basics. Staff are friendly and polite. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. The only downside, on Monday there was no breakfast buffet. However, instead we all got made ...
Very nice clean value for money some off the Hotel staff could have been a bit more friendly A smile and a how are you when you walk in and out would have been nice
Next to station and short walk to shops, restaurants and bar. Secure car park v short walk across bridge- so perfect.
