I stayed the night before a meeting at the centre, so obviously the location was spot on. All staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was clean and comfortable with a really good shower. A good place to stay.
Stayed room only basis. Spacious and with standard items you would expect. 2 small radiators struggled to provide warmth on a cold December day/night.
Good overall. Staff at desk and restaurant seem to be okay but too keen to be useful. The gentleman working the night shift was extremely helpful. Bar staff was helpful but done local ales and beers would be nice. Room was large for the UK but facilities can certainly be improved.
