An excellent luxury apartment featuring exposed brickwork in the living / kitchen area with an interesting structural architecture. The apartment comes with secure allocated parking situated under the building and accessed using a fob. The lounge is spacious, modern and comfortable offering the ideal space for relaxing after work, a day out shopping or getting ready for a concert. In keeping with the original style and purpose of the building the staircase is industrial in nature with wide but short steps so would be suitable for anyone who could cope with the stairs comfortably. Underground parking was a real bonus, however, if you own a large SUV extremely tight turns. What could have been a first class stay was spoilt by a number of faults, which were reported to the owners, so hopefully will be addressed so will not be an issue for others staying. A really critical one was not being able to use one of the showers - reason we chose this property was for en-suite facilities for both bedrooms. Difficulty with opening windows and blinds. The windows we could open had to be propped open as would not stay open on their own - a health and safety issue I feel. Both fans did not work properly (very important as we stayed in the heatwave) one very dirty and needed a thorough clean. Kitchen taps very wobbly and need some urgent maintenance before they become an issue. Bedside lamps in one bedroom did not work and no replacement bulbs. One of the bathroom mirror lights not working. In conclusion a lovely property for the city centre which would recommend, but for our visit it was let down by the issues we experienced. ##### DEBRA S.
