Nestled at the center of the Espace Diamant ski area, the village offers direct access to 192 km of interconnected slopes across six authentic Savoyard resorts: Notre Dame de Bellecombe, Flumet, Praz-sur-Arly, Crest-Voland/Cohennoz, Les Saisies, and Hauteluce. Whether you're a beginner or an expert skier, you’ll find the perfect playground in a preserved Alpine setting.  
The village center, known as NDB 1150, combines traditional charm, friendly atmosphere, and convenience, with all amenities close at hand: shops, après-ski activities, and ski access. It's the ideal place for a cozy and comfortable mountain holiday.  
In summer, the residence is just 400 meters from tennis courts and children’s playgrounds, and close to numerous hiking and mountain biking trails. The Mont Rond chairlift, open three days a week, offers easy access to breathtaking panoramic views of Mont Blanc. The Flumet lake and leisure center are just 4 km away, perfect for relaxation or family-friendly activities.  
From Notre Dame de Bellecombe, you can also explore some of the most beautiful destinations in the surrounding Alps:  
Megève, a chic and lively resort, just 15 minutes away  
Chamonix, at the foot of Mont Blanc, about 50 minutes away  
Annecy, with its stunning lake and historic old town—often called the “Venice of the Alps”—only 1 hour away
