These apartments have been recently refurbished and all of them have their own independent entrance, parking space and private outdoor area equipped with garden furniture. Each apartment consists of a kitchen/living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The comfortable, well-proportioned interiors come complete with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, sat-TV, washing machine, electric oven and BBQ. Ninfa is 60 m2, with 50 m2 terrace and 150 m2 garden, it features on the first floor the kitchen/living room with sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, and a veranda. Externally, it has 1 bathroom with shower, a veranda, the garden and sun terrace. Ninfa is an excellent base for excursions, being situated close Vendicari nature reserve, the quaint villages of Marzamemi and Portopalo di Capo Passero, the charming baroque towns of Noto, Modica, Scicli, Ragusa Ibla and Syracuse, and also considering its proximity to the beach, it is the ideal place for relaxing seaside holidays in Sicily.
