The cottage has one good bedroom with airconditioning, but the living/kitchen is rather small. We would not recommend the house for more than 2 guests. The kitchen is a bit basic (eg. only one wine glass) , but why cook yourself with so many great places to eat out in nearby Noto? Nice garden, quiet and well maintained, but the private terrace is rather small and has limited views. Two downsides: the shower cabin is very small (80x80 cm), and there were many cats and kittens wandering around the house, begging for foor and attention. Lido di Noto was very quiet (end of season we guess) with a nice east-facing beach for an early morning swim. We enjoyed our stay! ##### Annelies S. Lo spazio verde è veramente tanto e l'ombra degli alberi che lo adornano rendono il clima piacevolmente fresco. Una parte del prato è dedicato ai più piccoli con tanto di scivolo ed altalena. La villetta è a dimensione d'uomo, accogliente e ben arredata. La cucina è fornita di tutto il necessario per preparare un pranzo o una cenetta da degustare anche al fresco della veranda, arredata con tavolo e sedie. La zona è tranquilla e la cortesia del proprietario eccellente. La posizione della villetta risulta strategica per raggiungere agevolmente mete interessanti, come Noto, Avola, la splendida riserva di Vendicari con i suoi paesaggi e le sue spiagge incantevoli, nonché la suggestiva Marzamemi. Scrivo con ancora nel cuore le sensazioni ed emozioni vissute in questo piccolo gioiello dove ogni angolo è più bello di quanto le foto nel sito possano rendere. Oltre il prato molto esteso un piccolo angolo all'inglese arricchisce un giardino da favola. Un posto dove i bambini possono esprimere la loro voglia di gioco e di scoperta. Cercavamo un posto dove loro potessero giocare liberi a contatto con la natura ma non immaginavamo una situazione così felice! Il mare a due passi a piedi, se proprio non si vuole prendere l'auto, ma posti incantevoli e "solitari" a 10-15 min. di guida, senza dover andare in riserve naturali ormai prese d'assalto dalla massa (almeno in piena estate). Noto (davvero vicina) e Siracusa (neanche mezz'ora) per passeggiate e cene in mezzo alla bellezza, la storia e l'arte. Una casetta deliziosa e accogliente.... Insomma un posto dove vorresti poter vivere e non solo passarci le vacanze!!! Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana in 4 persone nella casetta Giuliana (2 in camera matrimoniale e 2 in divani letto). La casa è a 5 minuti a piedi dal Lido. Molto carina e accessoriata di tutto! Il valore aggiunto poi è dato dal bellissimo giardino in cui rilassarsi; sono presenti sdraio, lettini, amache, doccia esterna, barbecue...inoltre si può mangiare nella graziosa veranda adiacente alla cucina. Posto auto all'ombra all'interno della proprietà! Il signor Giovanni e sua moglie sono accoglienti e disponibili e vi faranno sentire come a casa!! Ottimo posto quindi per chi come noi cerca mare cristallino (da Lido di Noto alla Riserva di Vendicari e fino a Capo Passero c'è l'imbarazzo della scelta) e vuole visitare le meravigliose località vicine come Noto, Modica, Scicli, Marzamemi, Ragusa, Siracusa...
