Dear Guest We are very sorry for the feedback that you wrote which we find without objectivity. It would have been nice to talk about the entire hotel in its entire generality, both good and bad services. Your review suggests only bad & negative reports and told very harshly. Can you imagine Sir, if the Vanila Hotel was indeed as you described it, (Never again, disrespectfully deal with customers; I was in this hotel with my family. The service was impossible, because of towels, the manager makes us and insists that we should open our suitcases. Was reserved, in the end found nothing and without apologizing. Only in this hotel again totally defamatory) our hotel wouldn’t have the good reputation it had for now 20 years! We wouldn’t have fully booked hotel with 124 guests sent by our loyal and internationally recognized partners we have been working with for a long time!!! We are aware that during this very busy festive season some mistakes must have been done but your non-objective point of view or opinion go totally against the majority of the customers, meaning 120 people who, according to their appreciation sheets we give at the end of the stay, praise the staff kindness, effort and attention to them. Please know & note that we took note of your comments, justified or unjustified, as we always want to go further with quality and even giving training to our employees if required.
