Summary:  
Escape to Willow Barn, a luxurious five-bedroom holiday let nestled in rural Norfolk and offering breathtaking views of the Norfolk Broads. Located on four acres of beautifully landscaped gardens, this former cattle farm has been transformed into a spacious getaway for ten people. With an open-plan layout for socialising and a private spa hot tub overlooking the fields, Willow Barn is perfect for those seeking a peaceful and relaxing getaway.  
  
The Space:  
Relax in the spacious open-plan lounge with two comfortable sofas and views of the Norfolk countryside. For quieter moments or movie nights, a separate snug features a large flat-screen TV, bookcase, and an L-shaped sofa.  
  
At the rear of the barn, you’ll find a bright open-plan kitchen-dining area with large glass windows and sliding doors for fresh air on warmer days. The fully equipped kitchen offers ample workspace and includes a large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, and a slow cooker.  
  
Willow Barn accommodates up to 10 guests with four king-size bedrooms and one room with two single beds, all furnished to a high standard with thoughtful amenities. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a shower.  
  
The property includes four bathrooms: the ensuite, a family bathroom with a bath and shower, a separate shower room, and an additional W/C.  
  
The highlight of Willow Barn is its expansive 4-acre garden. Guests can explore the grounds, relax in the courtyard with a brick-built BBQ stand, and unwind on the patio near the old barn, where a hot tub awaits.

Within a 2-mile radius of the property, you’ll find a choice of three pubs and restaurants, perfect for dining out, as well as nearby convenience stores for your essentials. For more options, the charming market town of Beccles is just 6 miles away, while the seaside town of Gorleston is only 7 miles from the property.  
  
Gorleston boasts a wide sandy beach with ample parking and classic seaside amenities, making it a perfect destination for a family day out or a peaceful coastal walk. Great Yarmouth is also a short drive away, offering a bustling beach experience with a variety of traditional seaside attractions.
