A 20 minute walk along pavements to the sandy beach at Bacton or a 5 minute drive to Bacton or Walcott for swimming fishing buckets & spades a must for the children. A short drive to pubs serving good food shop fish & chip shop and children s play area. Nearby North Walsham for shopping a little further to Stalham for day boat hire or Cromer with end of pier entertainment esplanade gardens and Lifeboat Museum. East Ruston Vicarage Gardens is a must for all gardening enthusiasts. Nearby Happisburgh with its striped lighthouse and crumbling cliffs is a very attractive village. National Trust properties include Blickling Hall Felbrigg Hall and nature reserves at Hickling and How Hill. Outside: an enclosed garden and patio area with seating and BBQ overlooking farmland. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen towels central heating and wi-fi included. Regret no smoking. Regret no pets. Welcome pack included which includes daily essentials wine chocolate and a cake. There is a phone for incoming calls only. Location: beach 1.5 miles pub shops and restaurants 1 mile.
