"Beautiful family and dog friendly spot located across from a stunning lake. Not only was this entire property clean, well maintained it was family friendly and dog friendly. There is a free arcade, that the whole family enjoyed and free coffee 24 hours. There were also two fire pits, corn hole, and a small mini golf setup. All this walking distance from Alton Bay restaurants, ice cream and lake access. We had a wonderful time and the owners were very responsive regarding any questions."

"I truly enjoyed my stay here. The house is clean, bright and full of amenities (they even have a record player and lots of records). Check in and check out was simple. The whole setup is open and inviting. Even though there were neighbors on both sides, it was secluded enough for us to enjoy some rest and relaxation. "Our experience was what we wanted and more. A short walk through the field and greeted by a beautifully landscaped plot displaying the yurt. Our oasis for this short stay. Essentially everything one needs is here. Bed, shower, running water, electricity, small kitchen, lounge deck, and fire pit with chairs. No reason to leave except for visiting the surrounding sites that New Hampshire has to offer. The hosts are there to help with anything and make sure your stay is enjoyable. Thanks so much...

"We loved staying in Cabin 5! We were a little wary of the exterior shower house when booking, but it really is just a few steps away from all cabins and was clean each time we used it. We’d love to come back with extended family and rent out a few cabins together."

"This our second year at Cape Guinevere, and once again we had a wonderful stay. The house is cozy and well equipped, and really just perfect for our family to gather for meals, walks around Lancelot Shores, and of course for fires around the fire pit. It is close to Rochester and stores but we felt like we had our own private getaway in the woods. We’d go back again in a heartbeat!"

"The cabin was clean when we arrived and only thing was I would suggest adding a trash barrel in the kitchen. We would stay at a Vacanza location again but did not care for the cabin being right on main highway. Other than that everything was great. Thank you"
