My first room was very dirty and uncomfortable But when I got my second one it was even better. The really need to do come cosmetic updates there should be no holes and the wall and the headboards ugghhhh But the staff was amazing and helped a lot

I decided to stay here bc normally i have good experience with most quality inn locations. The merrillville location was by far out of all the hotels ive been to are by far the rudest inconsiderate. Ive nvr been treated so poorly before the front desk guy had the worst attitude and theres sone housekeeping guy that just stands in the hallways staring silently. . My room was gross. The curtains were shredded the paint was flaky n peeling off.there was no hot wate and theres used condoms in the grass all around the property. Ill nvr ever stay at this location ever again!ill definitely be telling family n friends nor aswell. .
