My reservation wasn't available.
This is my first time writing a review. Let's make it short and simple.
As the title indicates, my reservation wasn't available even though I booked a month ago.
The front desk said all the room is booked, but they have only 1 room available with 2 beds.
I originally reserved king bed with a bunk bed for my kids - i have 3 kids)
Even though they admit their fault, they didn't offer me any discount downgrading my reservation.
The staff said they will send me snacks which supposed to come along with my reservation, but they just ignored it.
I requested once again with another staff, but they still didn't bring it to us.
My family was so tired walking around DC all day long and my children fell asleep early that night.
As soon as we turned off the TV, I and my wife realized that there was too much noise from outside.
I thought the window was opened; however, all the windows were closed.
I and my wife couldn't sleep that night at all.
My family traveling around often and we never have a room like this before.
We spent over $250 room and the service like this.
Is there any way to get the refund since our room wasn't available?
