Place is dirty and run down.

Posted 24-Jun-2017
This place was terrible. Throw up was on the ground as we entered. Would never stay at a ramada again if this is how they are maintained. The walls were peeling in the room and the room smelled musty.

Surprised Wyndham/Ramada allow their name on this

Posted 22-Jun-2017
Hotel not clean inside or out. Almost everything you see or touch is in need of repair. Don't understand how a company could allow a facility to deteriorate to this level and expect to stay in business.

Was alright, staff couldnt apply my military discount because I booked with expidia. Shower looked like it could use some maintenance. Overall, the breakfast staff was great, the women who worked the front desk were also exceptional. The atmosphere was conforting.

Would not recommend

Posted 30-May-2017
Pros: Located close to attractions.
Cons: Everything is in need of improvement
The hotel was over booked so the wait to check in was long. After getting to the room it was small and dated. The toilet ran all the time, and house keeping skipped our room after several times of calling the front desk for service. However after complaining at check out they did adjust our price but still a hugs disappointment.

Clean Room - Bad Service

Posted 30-May-2017
Pros: Pretty cheap and room was clean and in a decent location
Cons: Service all round.
Location: Lots of places to eat near the hotel. About 20 minutes from downtown and 30 or so minutes from Golden. I'd recommend going to Golden and Lookout Mtn.
Room was clean and cozy. The sink would back itself up and leave a gross scum. When we told the hotel about this they said they would send maintenance but no one came. Breakfast was decent except the person making omelets would wait 10 or so minutes after you rang for service to make your omelet (part of continental breakfast). The location was good with lots of places to eat and only about 20 minutes from downtown area.

Close to shopping and food

We stayed for weekend get away in the long suite with the hot tub. Room was clean smelled a little stale. The hot tub leaked and the tile around the tub was cracked. Door to room looked like it had been kicked in and not repaired. The air conditioner was away from the wall. Room definitely needs some repairs and upgrades to it. It was tolerable for a night but I would not stay there again. I don't like to give negative reviews but I had to be honest about our room.

Was disappointed

Posted 19-May-2017
Pros: The one good thing was that the hotel was only 15 minutes from down town.
Cons: Fix the broken items in the room or replace them and have enough staff on duty to get rooms ready by the designated time
Location: Close to down town. Was able to get to Coors Field in 15 minutes
There were several things that made me very disappointed in our stay at the Ramada Plaza. We arrived at the designated check in time of 3:00 and had to wait for 45 minutes to get a room that was available. Then the room was facing the freeway and I swear, it sounded like the window was wide open when I walked in. I requested a different room, fortunately we did not have to wait another 45 minutes to get into another room. The furniture in the room was literally falling apart. Both lamps were leaning, the table had pieces falling off and the faucet in the shower was an inch away from the wall. There appeared to be water stains on walls and ceiling.

No one explained where anything was. One male clerk was rude. However when we asked for accommodation changes the female staff was extremely helpful & made it happen. Won't stay there again.

Nice hotel with easy access

Posted 16-May-2017
My wife and i had been out sightseeing all day and were exhausted!! Found the hotel..no thanks to my GPS..went to front desk and i was very surprised at the quick check-in. In less than 10 minutes..we were in our room and ready for some rest. We overslept the next morning and called the front desk for a late check-out which was granted. Very good experience for a couple of tired people. Would definetly use this hotel again.

A few mishaps

Posted 15-May-2017
Pros: Comfy bed and convenience to grandkids house
made reservations thru expedia. Got to the hotel, the gal checking us in seemed a bit frazzled but was pleasent. We got to our room that had a gorgeous view of the mountains. BUT, the a/c, fan ,heater didn't work. They were kind enough to put us in another room which was nice. The bed was super comfy. They told us the snacks and beverages were free of charge
