Was disappointed

Pros: The one good thing was that the hotel was only 15 minutes from down town.
Cons: Fix the broken items in the room or replace them and have enough staff on duty to get rooms ready by the designated time
Location: Close to down town. Was able to get to Coors Field in 15 minutes
There were several things that made me very disappointed in our stay at the Ramada Plaza. We arrived at the designated check in time of 3:00 and had to wait for 45 minutes to get a room that was available. Then the room was facing the freeway and I swear, it sounded like the window was wide open when I walked in. I requested a different room, fortunately we did not have to wait another 45 minutes to get into another room. The furniture in the room was literally falling apart. Both lamps were leaning, the table had pieces falling off and the faucet in the shower was an inch away from the wall. There appeared to be water stains on walls and ceiling.

No one explained where anything was. One male clerk was rude.However when we asked for accommodation changes the female staff was extremely helpful & made it happen. Won't stay there again.

Nice hotel with easy access

My wife and i had been out sightseeing all day and were exhausted!! Found the hotel..no thanks to my GPS..went to front desk and i was very surprised at the quick check-in. In less than 10 minutes..we were in our room and ready for some rest. We overslept the next morning and called the front desk for a late check-out which was granted. Very good experience for a couple of tired people. Would definetly use this hotel again.

A few mishaps

Pros: Comfy bed and convenience to grandkids house
made reservations thru expedia. Got to the hotel, the gal checking us in seemed a bit frazzled but was pleasent. We got to our room that had a gorgeous view of the mountains. BUT, the a/c, fan ,heater didn't work. They were kind enough to put us in another room which was nice. The bed was super comfy. They told us the snacks and beverages were free of charge

We stay here fairly often on business. Really like the staff., and the breakfast is top notch. The rooms could use an update but they are fine for the price. A good place to stay

Staff was very helpful, always cheerful and friendly. Kids had a great time in the pool, they were able to work off their pent up energy and we're ready to get back on the road for another day of traveling in the morning. Breakfast was perfect, enouph variety that there was something for everyone's pleasure.

The location and price are good that is why we stayed here and I would again. On the other hand, the appearance on the outside and parts of the inside were in disrepair and dirty. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and it was good food with a friendly server. Also, hot breakfast for free is a big plus!

Great place to stay, lovely amenities and staff!

My stay was great as usual. My daughter and I enjoyed the pool, hot tub, sauna, computer lab and of course the breakfast and ensemble is always first rate. The only thing that I noticed, which surprised me as I've never had issues before and have stayed MANY times was... ants. There were ants in the bathroom in the morning when I went in there. :/ Not a huge deal but still surprising. Also, I was given a handicap room which I didn't choose or need and wasn't impressed with the lack of a tub. Also, the carpet in the main dining area could REALLY use an update. It looks dingy and makes the place seem a little outdated. Otherwise, staff, amenities and overall stay was terrific as usual. I will be returning.

It was a great place to stay except are toilet seat was broken the air conditioner didn't work and there was a horrible smell in our room that would not go away....and it wasn't weed but staff was amazing and so was the rest of our experience
