Cons: The cleanliness and the entry into the inn from the parking lot.
One of the outside doors leading to the parking lot would not close all the way, so anyone could enter the inn. The other door would not open, even with the key card. We had to walk all the way to the end to get into the inn.

Ramada should be ashamed

Posted 05-Feb-2018
This is a rundown hotel and does not deserve the name of Ramada. The cleanliness, the appearance the overall condition are below standards to carry the Ramada name. I expected the condition and appearance to be welcoming and inviting fell way below the standards. You may as well scrap the building because a complete renovation would more than likely be a complete waste of money. There was no signage for the restaurant apparently it didn't open until 5 p.m. but I didn't bother to even check it out at opening time.

I love staying at this hotel but there's this lady in the kitchen that makes the omelets that is just nasty and very rude... i love the rooms my only issue is sometimes the windows wont close all the way so we had to crank the heat all the way up since it snowed just to stay warm... and there was so much light coming in through the cracks of the door we had to use our towels to try to block out the light coming in. I usually love staying here but it changes everytime we go

Very convenient and plenty of restaurants

Posted 04-Feb-2018
Pros: Very clean and quiet
Cons: Update rooms
Location: Very clean and convenient to many shops
Very nice and clean atmosphere, staff was very pleasant and would go over and beyond to make sure their guest is taking care of.

This place is a third world s***hole!

Requested handicap room when reserved, desk person had no record of such request! Bath tub drain plugged and would not drain, had to move to second room which also had bath tub that would not drain.

Ugh. Lesson learned always read reviews!

Posted 13-Jan-2018
Old, dated and dilapidated. You can see they tried, but they need to gut the entire building and start over. Poorly insulated (read: you can hear everything from the hallway to the highway) and the stench of weed greets you at every floor. To further drive home what must be the typical clientele, we found our smoke alarm encased in a plastic bag (see picture). 10/10 would not stay here again. Ever. Even if my life depended on it.

Staff great, hotel not so much.

Hotel staff amazing! Barbie at the front desk, wonderful, I wish every check in went that way. She was so sweet and very kind! But the room was not in good shape. Holes in walls, broken alarm clock, not dirty, but this place definitely needs an upgrade.

Close to what I needed.

Posted 06-Jan-2018
Pros: It was close to where I needed
Cons: For people that need assessability make sure that the beds are not so tall that they cannot get into them
After arriving at the motel the staff was helpful and polite. The room that I reserved was for assessable . I went to my room and the bed was to tall what mean is it came up to my waste . So I went down and asked if they had another room they said they did not they did recommend a step stool so try it and was to afraid to use the stepstool so there was a couch in the room so I ended up sleeping on the couch instead of in the bed. This is what I did. Then told the person that was on duty the next morning that I slept on the couch instead of their bed the lady said next time if there’s a bed that was too tall that they could have the maintenance man come in and remove the boxspring underneath the mattress so it would be easier for you to get in.
