Let the Needs for saying overnight. Breakfast was provided which saves time and money in the morning. Overall a decent stay. Not much more to add.

Ok for one night stay

Posted 13-Oct-2016
A little disappointed. Room was very dusty, I don't think it had been dusted in a long time. Wi-fi extremely slow. Also there no elevator and there is quite a few stairs to carry your luggage up to second floor.

NOT like the pictures

Posted 12-Oct-2016
Location: Lots of local paves to eat. Not far from central park in Fredericksburg.
Pillows were just cotton balls in a sheet. Carpets were filthy. Hallways had some kind of odor. Television had lines going through the picture on all channels.

Good Price and Clean, But...

Posted 02-Oct-2016
Pros: Price and cleanliness.
Cons: See experience (above).
Location: Very close to I-95. Wonderful dinner theater also very close. Lots to see and do in this area.
It's an older motel that has been kept up nicely, but there's no elevator for guests w/difficulties. The beds were too soft and had tiny pillows. The most disappointing aspect was the quality of the complimentary breakfast. I don't usually eat sausage with hard boiled eggs for breakfast. Coffee cups were hidden in an alcove away from the coffee. Various other items were scattered around corners. Being already stiff and sore from the quality of sleep on the soft bed, I got frustrated by having to search for breakfast items and utensils and gave up when I asked if they had scrambled eggs and the motel person held up a bag of hardboiled eggs and said, "Nope -- Just these."

Nice hotel for the price.

Posted 20-Sep-2016
Staff was friendly and the place was very clean. When we checked in, the room we were sent to had not been cleaned from the previous guests. The staff rectified the situation immediately. The walls did seem kind of thin, and the first night there was s lit of noise from the adjoining room. Bed was comfortable.

Great room, recently renovated

Posted 18-Sep-2016
The hotel was close to I-95. It was in excellent condition, looks recently renovated. Bed was comfortable. Shower was hot with great water pressure. Room was very clean. Great value for the price.

Comfortable but crowded

Posted 13-Sep-2016
The hotel was well taken care of. The staff was great. The one major problem was there was too much furniture in the smallish room. Made moving around clumsy easy to remedy. With the money.

Okay for a one night stay

Posted 27-Aug-2016
Pros: Location was great!
Cons: Shampoo the carpets , if not replace them.
I felt the hotel was fine for a quick one night stay. Not an extended vacation. The hotel wasn't really clean and the carpet was dirty thought out. It needed to be replaced. Dirty floors always bothers me. The staff was polite and helpful changing my "smoke smell room."

A Truly Great Deal

Posted 22-Aug-2016
Cons: Pillows were a bit small.
Location: It's off the highway, but close to downtown Fredericksburg.
For an inexpensive hotel, this place was exceptional - very clean and modern, very quiet rooms, comfortable bed, pleasant staff. I'd pick this hotel again in a heartbeat.
